We are currently seeking a Parts Person - Product Support Representative in our Customer Support Centre located in Regina.

Brandt Agricultural Products designs and manufactures the most complete line of grain handling equipment including Grain Augers, GrainVac, GrainCart as well as Contour Commander heavy harrow and spraying equipment. Brandt Agricultural products are offered throughout the world by an extensive network of dealers and distributors and are backed by Brandts commitment to total customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

The successful candidate must possess superior customer service skills that can be portrayed over all forms of communication. Responsibilities include assisting customers by locating parts, providing pricing, placing orders, and solving problems. Our preference will be given to those with previous industry experience in heavy equipment, truck, automotive or agricultural parts trade. This position offers competitive pay with bonus structure.

Required Experience:

Previous experience in the parts industry preferred, capable of meeting the physical demands of the parts/warehousing trade, solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skill, excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
