Dasro is looking for two Assistant Accountants for one of its clients in Regina, Saskatchewan. These roles are based out of Regina, Saskatchewan. Our client is a local Accounting firm focussed on real estate, property management and manufacturing companies. This role is focussed on financial and cost accounting. Ideal candidates
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Perform a variety of full-cycle accounting functions
Create financial statements
Prepare and file individual and corporate tax returns
Prepare a variety financial reports
Gather and monitor financial data for its clients (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
Meet and support corporate client
Represent clients in front CRA or other Government agencies, when needed.
Qualifications/Attainments
Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or
Diploma in Accounting
6 years experience in financial accounting performing a variety of accounting functions
Experience developing financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, etc.)
Experience filing tax returns
Experience working with QuickBooks and MS Office Suite
Experience with Scan writer is considered an asset
Any of the following designations is an asset: CFA, CPA, CMA, CA, CGA
