The Account Coordinator will report directly to the Account Director. This candidate will be working alongside the Accounts & Business Development Team to assist in the plans designed to reach company goals.
Qualifications
-Graduate of an accredited university/college business or equivalent program, preferably Edwards School of Business, with 1-3 years of experience in an office environment
-Strong management skills: time management, organization, planning, and problem solving
-Excellent attention to detail timelines, proofing, action items, follow-through
-Excellent written and verbal communication - clear, articulate, concise and well-organized
-Strong team player, ability to partner with various stakeholders and client groups
-Works independently to proactively get the job done
-Proven ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams
-Eager to learn the business and the digital industry. Will learn to think strategically about how tasks are supporting larger goals
-Proficient with Apple iWork products, Pages and Keynote, and Excel
-Understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for technology (Web technology, mobile technology, emerging technology such as blockchain and AI)
-Presentation skills preferable
Duties:
-Assist Account Director in the successful running of day-to-day account operation
-Support the team with administrative tasks such as meeting minutes, scheduling, and client reporting.
-Creates client meeting agendas, attends meetings and prepares follow-ups.
-Assist in the support and optimization of existing accounts. Often the liaison with account managers and product owners.
-Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties, aid business and organizational development.
-Perform client and market research that will support current and potential clients.
-Write proposals, documents and project briefs. Prepare presentation decks in Keynote.
