Reporting to the Manager you will be the first point of contact for clients both in person and on the phone. The primary responsibilities for this position are:
Handle incoming calls & walk ins
Incoming and outgoing mail
Assist with the housing application process
Assist with filling/recording the daily maintenance log
Assist in the preparation for Board Meetings
We will be looking for the following skills:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Between the ages of 15 and 30 at the start of employment
Were registered as a full-time student during the 2017-2018 academic year
A student in a secondary, post-secondary, vocational or technical program
A Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Refugee Protection Act
Legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial
