Bourgault Tillage Tools Ltd. (BTT) is a leading manufacturer of high quality North American made Seeding/Fertilizer Openers and Tillage tools. BTT is looking to expand into the Industrial Wear Product market with its' Max-Life Wear Coating. Max-Life is an extremely wear resistant coating, applied using a specialized welding process. We are in the infancy of developing our customer base for the Max-Life products and are looking for a highly driven and motivated individual seeking a high level of responsibility with growth opportunities. The Max-Life Sales Representative will be responsible for locating sales opportunities and promoting our products to potential customers throughout Western Canada. The position will be all encompassing in regards to sales, developing samples, testing and costing.
Duties
Active development of a customer base, cold calling, and following up with clients.
Promote products at trade shows throughout all market regions as an exhibitor and/or supplier.
Substantial travel throughout Western Canada will be required.
Assist in research, development and implementation of marketing and communication plans and programs.
Achieve and exceed annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals and objectives.
Skills/Abilities
Manufacturing and farming background preferred.
Knowledge of welding or a welding background would be an asset.
Knowledge of 3D drafting (Solid Works) would be preferred.
Self-starter with the highest degree of self-motivation and integrity.
Valid driving license and appropriate documentation for travel throughout Canada and the US.
High level of organizational/time management skills while working under pressure.
Computer skills demonstrating proficiency in excel, word and email.
