Description

Brandt Road Rail currently has a position for Sales Manager in Regina, SK. This position will be responsible for the sale of Brant Rail equipment and services to the Rail industry customers (railways, transits, industrial users, etc.) concentrating on maximizing sales volume and gross profit dollars.


Manage all aspects of the sales of Rail equipment and services to customers
Manage a team of sales personnel to establish strong relationships with Rail customers with the main focus on maximizing sales and margin
Working with the VP of Sales to develop an action plan to become the leader in the Rail industry for Maintenance of Way Rail equipment (1 year, 3 year, 5 year plan)
Establish strong relationships/partnerships with key customers
Assist and manage Sales team in creating strong relationships and partnerships with key customers
Manage scheduled sales meetings with Team to keep them focused on key opportunities
Manage sales reporting activities in regular sales meetings
Work with Brandt's engineering team, estimating team and Project Managers to provide Rail equipment solutions to our customers
Identify and evaluate new Markets/Products and establish Brandt in the profitable ones
Work with Marketing team to promote and aid in product and brand awareness with Rail customers.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and self-directed individual who will have sales or customer service experience in the rail industry. Applicants must have a positive attitude as well as excellent communication, presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills.
