Description

Welldone Mechanical Services is currently recruiting a Project Sales Rep. We are looking for an individual with the ability to work a disciplined, structured sales process to generate results that contribute to the growth of our business.
The successful candidate will be responsible to:
-Meet with existing partners and/or new customers to understand the needs and design/specify mechanical system enhancements/ modifications/ equipment replacements to meet customer expectations.
-Prepare detailed proposals to communicate project specification and scope of work to customers.
-Organize all required materials, subcontractors and rental equipment for the project.
-Manage the execution of the project from start to finish including labor planning, customer communication, cost control and project close out administration.
-Complete project close out review meeting with project team members to identify opportunities for improvement and obtain customer feedback on project outcome.

You will have the opportunity to harvest leads from within our existing customer base however a portion of your time will be allocated to source new business.

Roles and Responsibilities
-Work with existing clients to build long term-relationships and generate future sales.
-Qualify prospects, make effective sales presentations, and answer questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner.
-Survey mechanical systems and determine repair, modification and/or replacement requirements.
-Estimate cost of repair, modification, and replacement of mechanical systems.
-Identify prospects in assigned market and follow up on leads and referrals within 24 hours.
-Maintain an active backlog of quotes to assure booking goal is consistently met.
-Effectively represent the company's interests to outside agents.
