As Parts & Service Manager you will manage/build an efficient parts & service department, and lead a talented employee team in providing exceptional customer service.
Our client is a reputable and growing organization located in beautiful Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities include:
1. Management and Customer Service
- Manage an efficient and profitable Parts, Service and Warranty department. Enhance operational efficiencies and build/maintain a loyal clientele while controlling costs and achieving service and sales targets.
- Assign service work to employees; oversee and assist with estimates and quotes for repair work. Coach and build employee productivity, service quality and provide inspection/quality assurance on work performed.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting, service records and financial information.
2. Employee Leadership
- Attract, hire and retain qualified technicians and service employees. Train, coach and instill a culture of accountable, performance driven work teams.
3. Inventory Control
- Maintain and control an accurate inventory of parts and accessories to meet company and customer needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education/training in Parts & Service Management is a definite asset.
- 5+ years experience in a parts & service environment, including some supervision/management experience.
- A collaborative and highly motivated leader with strong communications and customer relations skills.
- Exceptional problem solving, time management and troubleshooting skills.
Hours of work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
