Summer Student JobTo be an active member of the RuBarb Productions Inc. as a member of Marketing & Funding committees. The successful applicant will be a student who has just completed full-times studies and will be returning to full-time studies in the fall.
Marketing/Public Relations/Publicity - Assist in the development of strategies and procedures for the 2017-18 season; social media, website updates, audience survey, distribution of promotional materials, assembling press and review packets and maintaining publicity archives. Assist with media events and opening nights.
Development/Fundraising Campaign: develop skills fundamental to non-profit fundraising and arts administration. Provide assistance to the Funding Committee with communications, including solicitations, acknowledgements, administrative support, research project and development of database. Assist in grant writing and reporting.
