We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our leadership team and oversee the financial management of our company. We are looking for an individual that is highly motivated with excellent leadership, social, and communication skills to further advance our team and achieve company strategic goals.
The Controller will focus on financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, and the development of internal control policies and procedures for both New Age Electronics and New Age Motor Sports in Weyburn. The Controller will be responsible for strategic planning, developing and maintaining financial objectives, and implementing cost savings.
A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and five years of progressive accounting experience is preferred. Supervisory experience is considered an asset.
Accountant Specific Skills
- Prepare financial information for individuals, departments or companies
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedure
- Analyze financial documents and reports
Financial Auditor Specific Skills
- Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices
