Description

Brandt Developments is currently seeking a Project Manager for our Regina location. Responsibilities include:
    Develop and maintain effective working relationships with contractors, trades, community representatives and local, provincial and federal agencies across Canada
    Complete overall project estimating prior to issuing documents for pricing or tender
    Execute the tendering process, analyze and evaluate contractor bids on projects over $5M and prepare comprehensive project budgets
    Maintain up-to-date project budget tracking and variance reporting



Requirements:
    Post-secondary diploma or degree in a business, engineering or related field or equivalent experience
    More than 5 years of building construction project management as lead Project Manager, formal project management training with a PMP designation would be considered an asset
    Preference given to candidates LEED Certification
    Must have comprehensive knowledge of building systems
    Must understand the construction process and contract administration of a major construction project
    Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
    Must have strong written and verbal communications skills
    Can identify key issues, and creatively and strategically overcome challenges or obstacles
    Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
    Maintain a high level of integrity, confidentially and accountability
    Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills.
