The Role:
Provide first line contact for the weighing in of all inbound and outbound customers
Ensure customers are taken care of in a timely and professional manner
Provide clear direction to customers regarding the process
Pay customers after verifying that weights and prices are entered correctly into the system
Communication with in-house teams on incoming customers
Upkeep and cleanliness of area to ensure image of all customer areas meet company standards
Answer phones, and direct calls in a professional competent manner
Closing duties
Other duties as directed to create high value customer experiences
