Description

Working as a Facilities Technologist you will assist and coordinate building maintenance, renovation and construction projects and upgrades.  This includes developing specification sheets, obtaining quotes, writing proposals, developing the scope of work and schedules, contracting for local services and monitoring and reporting the progress of these projects.

Qualified applicants will possess:
    Grade 12 or Equivalent.
    Diploma Architectural Building and Technology Diploma, or Computer Aided Design/Drafting Technology Diploma, from a recognized institution.
    Eligible for membership with Saskatchewan Applied Science Technicians and Technologists (SASTT).
    Valid Class 5 driver's license.
    Four (4) years experience in building management and/or construction project management, office design, space planning and AutoCAD.

This job is subject to extended work hours, call-out situations, travel and overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required.
