The Drug & Pharmacy Program Lead Role (with Pharmacy Degree)
As a Program Lead, you will need to demonstrate leadership and provide guidance and direction to colleagues in order to accomplish strategic goals. In addition, the eHealth Drug & Pharmacy Program Lead will also be responsible for facilitating applicable committees and working groups in order to achieve the desired outcome. This role will be a member of various provincial steering committees, representing eHealth SK. You will have obtained a solid understanding of challenges and related opportunities as it relates to drug & pharmacy services and its impact on the continuum of care through previous work in collaboration with provincial stakeholders.
Program Management
Acts as primary liaison on all initiatives relating to program.
Supports the development of overall framework and provincial program policies to ensure ongoing quality controls for drug & pharmacy services, education and administrative services provided through the program.
Monitors the eHealth environment for new opportunities in which to improve on current health care delivery systems and to develop new clinical drug & pharmacy, administrative or educational services.
Anticipates, identifies, and develops the ongoing strategic direction for program ensuring alignment with eHealth Strategic Plan.
Oversees development and implementation of program initiatives to improve access to health services and deliver quality patient care.
Works closely with Program Manager to analyze initiatives and prioritize for the program.
Provides ongoing support, guidance, knowledge management and education for the program including Support and Admin, Management, Information Management, Clinical and Business Analysis.
Able to navigate and build strong relationships in a large, complex multi-enterprise environment that includes customers with difficult and/or competing needs.
