Meridian is currently seeking a Service and Warranty Coordinator in our Regina location. We are looking for an outgoing, personable candidate with experience in service, preferably in the agriculture industry.

Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate service work with our customers and other departments (as required).
Respond to customer calls, requests and service inquiries.
Manage day to day paperwork and electronic documenting in accordance with Meridian processes and quality standards.
Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining customer loyalty.

Qualifications:
3 to 5 years' experience, ideally in the agriculture industry. Farming background considered an asset.
Must have outstanding interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment meeting deadlines and multiple priorities.
Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn Meridian systems.
