Description

The Coordinator, Marketing & Communications will assist in development and execution of United Ways marketing and communications strategy. They will be responsible for website maintenance, social media management, internal and external communications, event coordination, production of printed and digital campaigns and content creation. The Coordinator will also assist in the collateral and campaign development for United Way of Regina and 211 Saskatchewan. This position will play a key role in helping to strengthen United Ways brand and support within the local community and throughout the province.

The successful candidate will have:
    University undergraduate degree or equivalent, in a relevant field
    2-3 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications
    Knowledge of digital and printed communication and marketing trends and practices
    Creative and innovative thinking skills
    Superior communication skills
    Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
    Analytical skills with ability to use judgment for strategic thinking and problem solving
    Demonstrated ability to effectively forge, manage and maintain long-standing relationships
    Proven organizational abilities and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
    Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to work respectfully and inclusively with a diverse employee population
    Experience with a donor relationship management database system, Abobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and web development applications (WordPress).
