The Role:



Providing direction, training, coaching and leadership to branch employees
Manage branch P&L and overall operations of the branch ensuring customer service levels are met
Manage team of approximately 10 staff, with experience managing individual development programs
Continually develop client growth by building relationships with current clients and developing new channels for market penetration

The Ideal Candidate:



5 or more years of management experience
Experience in change management and employee development
Experience managing / selling in a wholesale environment
Demonstrated ability to lead and build a successful team
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong leadership skills
Excellent organizational, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
