Do you have a creative, organized mind, and are looking for a way to use your Marketing skill set?  EnviroWay is currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our private brand of residential cleaning products Ecologik team.

EnviroWay is a Green cleaning solution company working with communities and business owners to clean their world. Selling products for janitorial, water and waste water treatment, and residential use. Ecologik is a line of super concentrated cleaning chemistry that leads to unmatched performance for residential use.

In this role you will be responsible for all marketing functions within Canada; the ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree or MBA with a major in Marketing with a minimum of 3 years of experience developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee the ongoing design, development and implementation of marketing and sales campaigns
-Lead Ecologiks marketing strategy; build new resources and tools to grow business development in Canada
-Ensure that brand initiatives are consistent with corporate business goals and objectives and are promoted appropriately
-Lead the development and execution of marketing activities for territory partners and fundraising strategies; opening stores etc
-Responsible for overseeing and managing marketing /communications budgets
-Prepare budgets, quarterly forecasts and business reports
-Manage the creation, distribution and inventory of all collateral and in-store marketing materials

Qualifications:
-3-5+ years of experience in a marketing management role
-3+ years of experience developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns
-MBA degree, preferably in marketing, or related fields of study
-Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where flexibility, integrity, initiative, high energy, resilience and persistence are required.
