This individual will report to the Commercial Manager of the location or Office Manager, this position is part of the commercial merchandising team at the location.
An Administrative Clerk will be proficient in one of the major areas of the Clerical function, Grain Settlements, Meal Transactions, Plant Operations, or Community Engagement.
Clerical duties and tasks are standardized.
Clerks are not required to supervise, they resolve mainly routine questions and problems and refer more complex issues to higher levels of responsibility.
The Clerk will also perform routine clerical functions, including filing, answering phones, distributing materials, record retention.
