As the Office Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and provide administrative support to our internal team. Some other functions include:
- Dispatch the technical team for client service
- Perform weekly data entry and bookkeeping functions
- Ensure all client needs are communicated to team and actioned
- Ensure the office is organized and runs smoothly by maintaining an effective filing system, ordering required office supplies, and tracking all client service requests and hardware orders
If you have three years of administrative support including bookkeeping experience, strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills, intermediate level computer skills, and are excited to work in a friendly team environment where you can demonstrate your finely honed administrative skills, we want to meet you! Familiarity with the information services industry is an asset.
