Description

Responsibilities
Demonstrating safety leadership and safe work practices at all times
Working in accordance with ULS policies and procedures
Providing exceptional customer service & client experiences
Demonstrating strong leadership skills and overseeing a team
Maintaining lawns, gardens and other landscaped areas, which includes: weeding, edging, cultivating, grass cutting, detail gardening, fertilizer application, hedge trimming, light landscape construction
Oversee crew hands in the performance of general landscape maintenance activities
Operating knowledge of a variety of landscape equipment
Ability to establish work schedules and procedures, as well as coordinate activities with other work units
Ability to resolve work related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
Ability to train new crew hands on required job duties and company policies
Additional landscape maintenance tasks as required
