Visionpool Business Services is hiring a part time Administrative Assistant to provide overall office support.
Responsibilities:
Provide financial administrative support including logging invoices and expense claims, data entry, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Set-up invoices to be paid and ensuring goods and/or services are received prior to payment
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare and maintain filing system
Write and prepare letters, memos and correspondence
Other support duties as required
Qualifications:
Office Education Certificate
Minimum 3 years general accounting/bookkeeping experience
Minimum 3 years experience with QuickBooks
Minimum 3 years experience providing office administrative support
Advanced level user of MS Office Suite of Products
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
