Rock Creek Normanview is looking for a Sous Chef. This is a great opportunity to join a growing franchise. If you a hard working individual with experience and wanting to further your career this a great opportunity.
Duties would include:
Daily revenue's, assist with ordering product and inventory
Maintaining good leadership in the kitchen and leading by example.
Must be able to work weekends.
Essential Skills

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Cook Trade Certification

- Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory

- Requisition food and kitchen supplies and equipment
- Instruct cooks in preparation, garnishing and presentation of food and in new cooking techniques
- Estimate food and labour costs
- Ensure quality of food and portion control
- Demonstrate new equipment
