Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

Andersons Transmission & Auto Care is seeking a hardworking, experienced Bookkeeper/Office administrator to work permanent full time in our office.
Excellent communication skills, organized, reliable, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision is a must, with a minimum of two years and hands on experience in the industry. We offer competitive wages and a great benefits package.

The position will have varied duties including but not limited to:

Bookkeeping duties

- Payables & Receivables
- Generating cheques
- General data entry
- Payroll
- Government Remittances
- Bank/Visa reconciliations
- Filing
- Benefits
- T4s

Office duties

- Call backs to clients
- Answering phones with detailed messages
- Reservation forms for new clients
- Scheduling of clients
- Social Media Management
- Janitorial duties
