This is a permanent, Full-time position, only dedicated individuals w/ own transportation need apply. Criminal Record check may be required.

Interested candidates should possess the following qualifications; duties to include, but not limited to: cooking & plating menu item; preparing ingredients to be used; minimum 3 years experience; proven leadership skills in a similar position; be a team player & strong leadership skills; enthusiastic, positive, professional attitude; a willingness to learn; basic safe food handling course; basic computer knowledge including POS System (use & programming); proficient w/ ordering, cost controls & scheduling; creative menu development & presentation; ability to multitask; work well under pressure (able to handle pressure of a busy kitchen) in a calm, productive, professional matter; effective written & oral communication skills; open availability as evenings & weekends will be required; possess an enthusiastic positive professional attitude w/ a willingness to learn.
