Based at the Bethune site, reporting into the Maintenance & Reliability Manager, the Senior Reliability Specialist is responsible for directing the asset reliability. The position supports operations to resolve equipment reliability issues, reviews equipment mechanical design for reliability principles, approves changes according to a management of change process, leads the Reliability Specialist, and develops an encompassing program for the site asset reliability and integrity program to meet KSPC availability targets and ensure long term sustainability of the mine and plants key assets.
