Outside Sales Representative and Office Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing and new customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads.  Candidate must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and focus on exceptional customer services. If you have prior experience in outside sales and a desire to expand your career, we want to hear from you.


Update client information in the company contact database.
Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers.
Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
Meet personal and team sales targets.
Seeks out prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers.
Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.
Establishes and maintains customer relationships to grow profitable sales.
Maintains a professional/working image in self and work environment including a vehicle.
Completes sales call and expense reports on a timely basis in accordance with company policy.
Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member.
Keep office area clean and tidy.
Operate POS System and Cash.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
You will be responsible for opening and closing the office and taking and printing ID photos.  Training will be provided in taking and produces the ID photos.  Previous photography experience would be an asset but is not required.
