Description

As the AVP, Syndicated Lending, you will provide leadership and strategic management for credit union and other commercial relationships; identify, assess, and manage the financial risks associated with commercial assets; identify potential syndicate partners by understanding their needs, regulatory requirements and restrictions, pricing expectations, credit/risk appetite and market place in order to fulfill their commercial loan and leasing needs.  You will act as a liaison and subject matter expert to ensure that all new origination transactions are structured and priced to meet Concentras needs while ensuring alignment with partners requirements to facilitate efficient syndication.

This position is responsible for achievement of established annual targets for syndication volume and profitability, expansion of distribution channels (within and outside the credit union system), partner relationships/development, direct leadership of the syndication team while working closely with the origination teams within Commercial Markets and Leasing.

The successful candidate will possess strong commercial credit skills (loan structuring, pricing etc.), will be highly organized and able to thrive in a fast paced environment, will be an effective relationship builder and able to gain the support and confidence of our partners. He/she will be an effective communicator (verbal and written), possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and be experienced in the leadership of a high performing team.
