Description

Poncho's Pub and Grill of Whitewood, Saskatachewan is in need of a Hotel Managing Supervisor.  The candidate must have at least one year experience and must be at least a high school graduate.  Some duties are included, but not limited to:
- Managing and training of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
- Making staff schedules
- Ordering of ingredients and stock required for meal preparations
- Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage.
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
