Administrative Assistant
A Regina based, full service Land Company, dedicated to servicing the Western Canadian Oil and Gas industry for over 25 years is currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join our fast paced and dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in all facets of land acquisition for multiple clients by providing comprehensive administrative support. Your responsibilities would primarily include:
Preparation of lease agreements and other supporting documentation required
Land Titles registrations and searches
Preparation of correspondence to clients
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent computer skills
Minimum 3 + years administrative experience
Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
