Adecco is currently recruiting for a Manager Commercial Banking to work within Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing portfolios related to commercial and investment real estate while pursuing business development initiatives. Candidates should have a strong understanding of financial statements, portfolio management, and risk identification within complex organizational structures. The successful candidate will be sales motivated, entrepreneurial, and have a strong understanding of the financial industry. To qualify for this Manager Commercial Banking opportunity, you must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing large portfolios.

Manager Commercial Banking Responsibilities:
- Responsible for portfolio management and business expansion
- Acting as a strategic business partner, you will take on a consultative approach with client needs
- Successfully manage business relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Actively participate in activities targeted towards increasing sales volume
- Identify and develop business strategies and opportunities within your market
- Maintain high quality portfolios relating to loans, deposits, and credit
- Negotiate contracts with clients by applying credit management and collateral standards

Manager Commercial Banking Requirements:
- Post-secondary education and 5 years of related experience managing large portfolios
- Excellent sales aptitude and a strong understanding of business development strategies
- Excellent English communication, both verbally and written; French is considered an asset
- Candidates must be motivated and driven with a desire to work within business development
