Glenwood Auto Service requires a full time (Monday to Friday) detail orientated individual to act as a Service Advisor in a large independent automotive repair center. This is a salary and commission based pay position (based on ARO, Parts GP %, and overall shop performance)


-handling incoming phone calls
-greeting customers in a friendly manner
-assessing customer requirements
-coordinating customers service appointments
-leasing with customers to relay service progress
-coordinating the purchase and logistics of automotive parts, labor, tires, etc.
-operating point of sales equipment
-providing excellent customer service at all times


1-3 years minimum experience in an independent automotive repair center/dealership or tire center (may consider quick lube advisors as well)

***Would possibly consider someone without experience who is positive, outgoing, friendly, and customer service oriented.

Excellent customer service skills required
