Job Description: THE REGISTERED NURSE A IS RESPONSIBLE TO THE NURSING UNIT MANAGER OR DIRECTOR OF NURSING.  THE REGISTERED NURSE A IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING A HIGH STANDARD OF PATIENT CARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE VISION, MISSION AND PHILOSOPHY OF THE PRINCE ALBERT PARKLAND HEALTH REGION. AS A MEMBER OF THE  NURSING DEPARTMENT, THE REGISTERED NURSE A HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ASSESSMENT, PLANNING, IMPLEMENTATION AND EVALUATION OF COMPREHENSIVE CLIENT CENTERED CARE.  
Required Qualifications

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Emergency Nursing Course
Experience
Qualifications:
Emergency Nursing Advanced Certificate

108 hours in a 4 week rotation. Shifts (days, evenings, nights) including actual hours, date of commencement and temporary end dates are for informational purpose only and may be subject to change.
Expected Start Date: June 2, 2018
Expected Up To Date: January 2, 2019
FTE: 0.72

Hours of Work: In a 4 week rotation:  shift of  hour
