Job Description: Supervises staff and work processes of a Medical Radiation Department or a specialty unit.  Performs diagnostic technical procedures utilizing radiation for the diagnosis and tracking of disease and pathology.
Required Qualifications

Registration with Saskatchewan Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
Medical Radiologic Technology diploma
Certification with Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
Registration with Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
Experience
Previous: Thirty-six (36) months previous discipline-related experience to consolidate knowledge and skills, with a basic knowledge of other disciplines within the department.

Mammography or Angiography or Computerized Tomography training/certificate, as required. Drug administration and intravenous injection training, where required by the job.

This position works 128 hours in 6 weeks in the Medical Radiation Technologist Working Supervisor classification (pay band 19 $42.05 - $43.52 - $45.05) and 24 hours in 6 weeks in the Medical Radiation Technologist - Specialty classification (pay band 17 $36.26 - $37.55 - $38.85).
