We are evolving how our Claims division provides service to our customers.  If this sounds like the next challenge in your career progression, wed like you to join our management team as the Manager Claims Centre (Out-of-Province Auto & Injury) in Regina. With a continual focus on the customer experience and effective branch administration, this role assists the branch director in managing the operation of the out-of-province auto and injury claims branch.  We need an enthusiastic and driven leader who can support their team by providing direction and ensuring that claims are investigated and settled in accordance with applicable insurance legislation, programs, policies, procedures and customer service targets.  

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have completed a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or a post-secondary degree in business administration/commerce or a related discipline.  Candidates should have a minimum of five years technical experience in a field related to claims adjusting with evidence of continuing professional development.  An alternative combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
