Country Leathers MFG ltd is looking for a retail store supervisor in our Birch Hills,Saskatchewan location.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in retail store, mechanic experience preferred
Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs
Minimum of a diploma, or degree, or equivalent in business, marketing or related field or combination of education and related experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning and organizational skills are essential.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Schedules and assigns jobs to our other team members, ensuring that they successfully carry out their job roles and responsibilities and providing ongoing feedback through regular coaching and formal performance reviews
Authorize return of merchandise and payments by cheque, Maintain specified inventory
Reviews and monitors paper work for completeness and accuracy, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Ensure stock levels are enough and manages the growth of sales
Act as the main contact for customers complaints and concerns. Resolve problems and turns potentially negative situations into positive situations
