Job Description: Reporting to the Executive Assistant of Integrated Northern Health, the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President and Physician Executive of Integrated Northern Health provides confidential administrative support and ensures that efficient administrative processes are in place to support the operation of the Integrated Northern Health portfolio (Northern Primary Healthcare, Long-term Care, Mental Health and Addictions, and Acute Care Services). The successful candidate has a high degree of initiative and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Once established, the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be the largest public sector of organization in Saskatchewan with an operating budget of over $3.8 billion, employing approximately 43,000 employees and responsible to deliver health care to the province.
Required Qualifications

Valid Class 5 driver's license
Completion of Grade XII supplemented by a recognized business course
Experience
3 - 5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant role
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Exceptional planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Knowledge and experience in minute taking and synthesizing information
Excellent computer skills, with a good working knowledge of various programs, including but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange, Schedule Plus, Visio, Intranet/Internet, and the capability to learn new programs as required
Ability to adapt to frequent change and work under pressure
Demonstrates a commitment to a diverse, culturally competent and culturally safe work environm
