Customer Service Supervisor NOC6211
Job Description:
Accountable & responsible for the operations, profitability and management of NorthStar Esso Service Station;
Directing, maintaining & increasing sales & profit;
Customer service, bookkeeping, HR Duties, and maintaining inventory of smokes, lottery, cash etc.;
Cleaning inside and outside the store, bathrooms, floors, counters, shelves, sweeping, pumping gas, washing wind screens, occasional topping oil levels for customers.
Maintaining car wash and any other duty as assigned
Job requirements:
WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND FOLLOW STANDARD PROCEDURES;
Customer Service experience (1-3 years)
Management and Supervisor experience is a plus;
High School diploma, University education a plus;
Basic Math skills;
Proficient communication skills in English;
Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Terms of Employment: Permanent/Full-time
Salary: $16.50/hr
