We are seeking an individual for the position of Research & Development Technician to join our team in our Yorkton, SK manufacturing facility.

The Research & Development Technician is responsible for assisting with the manufacturing and testing of new design prototypes and assisting Product Designers on design projects they are assigned to. Operation of prototype equipment in the field and evaluation of equipment performance will also be required. This position will read and comprehend engineering drawings and manufacture component parts, communicating any possible changes to the design that result from testing.

Qualifications:

- Grade XII education (or equivalent) or a comparable combination of education and experience
- Experience reading blueprints
- Proficiency in welding
- Knowledge of various metalworking tools and general manufacturing processes and techniques
- Knowledge of current farming practices and equipment would be considered an asset
