AESL requires an Office Manager / Production Assistant capable of working independently as well as in collaboration with the Project Leader, and Controller, and reporting to the General Manager. AESL offers a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities include:

Project Bidding and Administration:

-       Assisting in bid preparation
-       Assembling project documents and manuals
-       Purchasing for projects, office, and customer support
-       Coordination with technicians, subcontractors, and customers
-       Participate in scheduling projects and service
-       Post-project follow up and on-going customer service

Accounting and Office Management:

-       Accounts Receivable/Payable
-       Payroll preparation
-       Shipping/Receiving
-       Inventory management

Marketing and Sales:

-       Pricing, packaging, and shipping phone & email orders
-       Social media administration
-       Regular customer follow up by phone and email

The successful applicant should bring the following qualifications & experience to our team:

-       Business or Administrative Diploma/Certificate or equivalent experience
-       QuickBooks, Google apps, and MS Office experience and proficiency
-       Organized in managing time and communications within and outside the organization
-       Experience in the Construction industry and ability to read construction plans and bid documents
-       Interest in technology and electronic systems is an asset
