Position Purpose: Implement accounting procedures and support administration functions
Reports to: Office Manager

Key Duties
-Ensure all accounting allocations are appropriately made and documented
-Conduct accounts payable, manage petty cash accounts and credit card accounts, conduct payroll and bank reconciliation functions
-Responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive financial information to executive management
-Work with executive management to coordinate all financial planning functions with business operations
-Financial reporting duties include preparing financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports
-Oversee and communicate to staff the Health and Dental Plan program and pertinent updates
-Process T4s and ROEs
-Support administrative functions of the office including implementation of organizational strategies
Qualifications
-Diploma or undergraduate degree in Business or Accounting
-Excellent Communication
-Knowledge of the Heavy Construction industry is an asset
