JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform various property management duties, including:
- Attend regular condo board meetings
- Work with condo board members on various tasks for the condo corp.
- Handle calls and emails from condo owners and board members
- Work alongside sub-contractors to perform various projects
- Various tasks as assigned by management

A professional and mature approach to customer service is a must. Organizational and multitasking skills, and an enthusiasm to learn and grow in your career.
