Reports to: Parts Department Manager

Job Duties:

* Day to day operations of the Parts Department
* Ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is consistently being achieved
* Become an product and customer service expert
* Maintain a strong professional relationship with all departments within the dealership
* Continuously strive for improvement in current processes and procedures

Skills and Abilities:

* Must have superior communication & customer service skills
* Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution
* Strong problem solving skills
* Excellent computer, organizational and follow-up skills

Qualifications and Experience:

* High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or college degree an asset
* Experience in a dealership or retail establishment an asset
* Previous Parts or Service experience an asset
* Agricultural background an asset

Compensation/Hours:

Hours for this position are consistent with that of full time employment, with additional working hours being required during peak seasons. E. Bourassa & Sons offers extremely competitive wages complete with a comprehensive benefit package and Retirement Plan.
