Business Operational Overview:

Regina Rolling Robot Tours is Reginas only Segway tour company.  Join us this summer for a fun, outdoor, part-time job as a Tour Guide! **You get to keep all tips you receive during your tour!!!

Employment is from July 5, 2018-September 2, 2018.  Training will occur in late June.

Segway Tours are being offered around Wascana Park on evenings and weekends.  In July and August, tours are scheduled between 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Thursday-Sundays.  Each tour is scheduled for 90 minutes and run with a maximum of 8 people per tour for anyone ages 12 years and older.  

Specific Responsibilities:
-To ensure safe and efficient operation of the Segway, daily checks of tires and batteries are performed before every tour.
-Review "Code of Conduct" and safety with customers before every tour.
-Provide one-to-one training of Segway for each customer before tour begins.
-Memorize tour guide script.
-Wash each Segway after every tour.
-When tours are not filled, advertise and promote tours.

Qualifications:
*Current First Aid/CPR training is mandatory.
-Willing to work 12-24 hours/week (weather dependant).
-Physically capable to stand for 90 minute tours.  
-Dynamic, outgoing, positive personality.  Loud voice that projects nicely in a crowd.
-Patient with customers
-Great problem solver
-Mature, dependable, trustworthy, reliable, punctual
-Confidence in advertising your tour to increase sales.
-Competence in managing customer's requirements to ride (i.e. maintain safety of others by cancelling or ending the tour if any customers are riding in a dangerous fashion, are under the influence of drugs/ alcohol or are not obeying the instructions of their tour guide.)
