The Family Preservation Program provides community based intensive support services.
Social Work Degree or related discipline with clinical counselling experience.
Duties include: Intake, assessment, safety planning, harm reduction, counselling, crisis intervention and referral, post intervention planning and follow up.
Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector check required.
Use of personal vehicle with compensation. Benefits Package is available.
