Description

As a Route Sales Representative with UniFirst, you will service your own route and customer base.  This is a commission based position with a guaranteed weekly minimum.  As added benefits, we also offer NUMEROUS bonuses, incentives, and awards. You must be totally committed to superior customer service.  We strive to keep our customers for life, and our people are the driving force behind that goal.  Our ideal Route Sales Representative is a great relationship manager who has a passion for HARD WORK, and is someone who makes customers look forward to their weekly UniFirst deliveries.

Some responsibilities of the position but not limited to include:
Meeting with decision makers to establish and maintain strong working relationships
Dropping off clean uniforms and facility service products and picking up soiled uniforms and facility service products to be cleaned
Answering customer questions or concerns
Look for opportunities to upsell
Collecting payment
Assisting with other projects or tasks as assigned

A successful candidate must possess the following:
-Clean drivers abstract with a valid non-commercial license.
-Ability to lift consistently up to 50lbs, and push or pull up to 300 lbs assisted.
-Must have high school education or equivalent, some college or college degree a plus.
-Self-motivation and ability to work in an environment that relies on teamwork.
-Ability to act in accordance with Standard Procedures supporting company-wide Operational, Service and Safety guidelines.
-A positive attitude and demonstration of core values including providing exceptional customer service
-Proficiency with computers and handheld devices.
-Ability to pass a background check, and a pre-employment physical.
