Supervise food services associates, including scheduling/assigning work, participating in performance assessment;
Organize stock and equipment, ordering supplies and ingredients to promote efficiency of operation;
Inspect food and service quality;
Make sure standards of hygiene is maintained and the store complies with health and safety regulations;
Keep records, such as amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by employees
Respond to customer complain and requests to ensure excellence in customer service is being provided
Coordinate with Manager for special events and activates, including special discounts, decorations, etc.
Train staff with job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
