Are you a reliable, personable individual who has a strong interest in skin health and is dedicated to offering exceptional customer service? If so, we would love to meet you! We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a full-time Client Relations and Retail Associate.
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Maintain a high level of customer service.
Receive phone calls on our multi line system
Greet clients and individuals in a professional manner
Schedule appointments in accordance with the booking
policy
Ensure that all front desk policies are adhered to
Process transactions for retail and service sales
Maintain accurate information in Milano Software
Ensure client information is kept confidential at all times
Maintain a clean workspace and patient waiting area
Perform special projects as assigned
Assist coworkers as requested with paperwork, files,
phone calls.
Perform client retention as requested
Maintain a thorough knowledge base regarding our skin
care and service offerings.
Educate clients on our skin care lines and provide
recommendations.
Operate inventory recordkeeping and re-ordering
systems.
Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and
procedures

Experience in retail and administration is preferred
Candidates must be available to work on Saturdays and evenings.
