Description

The Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club is currently scouting for a motivated individual to assist our Corporate Partnerships team!  

Reporting to the Corporate Partnerships Coordinator, this individual will be responsible for providing activation support, program delivery and asset/data reporting.  The successful candidate will need to have a mindset of collaboration, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and willing learn.

Major Responsibilities:
-Assist Corporate Partnership team in providing a high level of service and support to our Corporate Partners
-Develop and execute partner activation strategies and work-back schedules
-Assist in proposal development, mid-season reporting, tracking and other relevant stages of the partnership process
-Research partnership activations ideas and best practices in the sport and marketing landscape
-Collaborate with other internal departments to create unique and effective programs
-Coordinate events fulfill partner requests and participate in special projects as needed
-Develop presentations and mock-ups
-Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
-Completion of some secondary education in either Business Administration, Marketing, Sport & Rec Management, or similar area of study
-Detail oriented with great time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
-Solution-based thinker to solve problems that may arise
-Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse groups of people both internally and externally
-Passion and drive to present best work output possible
-Solid grasp of Microsoft Office Platform (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
-Availability to work irregular hours
