Description

Millennium Land Ltd. is currently seeking a temporary full-time Administrator for our Environmental (Env.) Department in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.  This position has potential to turn into a permanent full-time position.

Reporting to the Environmental Manager, the Env. Administrator will be responsible to:
-    Create, record & track multiple files on a day to day basis & maintaining status reports.
-    Facilitate multiple active projects by entering, tracking, searching & reporting data.  Reporting to both management & multiple staff as requested.
-    Keep calendars updated with Staff schedules/appointments/vacations etc.
-    Assist in bi-weekly/monthly billing runs (exporting large amounts of data, compile, organize & check for errors), creating preliminary invoices & adjusting as requested.
-    Schedule courses & training for staff, track staff certifications
-    Health & Safety Responsibilities (JOHSC, Tracking logs & schedules, filing Hazard Assessments & Incident reports, communicate H&S information to staff monthly)
-    Prioritize incoming phone calls, properly directing them & taking messages as needed.

Preferred experience in:
-    Excel data entry & spreadsheet creation (compiling, organizing, tracking & presenting information)
-    Outlook (calendars, groups etc)
-    Word
